Percaya Manajemen 2018 was held on Monday, September 10, 2018 in the hall on the 8th floor of UNPAR’s Building 9. This activity was attended by 162 active UNPAR management students from the class of 2018. Percaya Manajemen 2018 started at 08:00 with the first activity, namely a seminar. The speaker of this seminar was Mr. Probowo Erawan, S.E. (Mr. Bowo), a lecturer from UNPAR. Mr. Bowo brought a seminar about Tolerance and Empathy in Cultural Diversity. After explaining the material, Mr. Bowo, assisted by the MC, invited participants to ask questions about the material he explained.
The next activity after the seminar ended was a talk show. The first talk show discussed Tolerance and Empathy in Organizations. Ms. Hariztsani, S.E. and Ms. Shafira Andini, S.E., who are alumni of UNPAR, were the speakers of the first talk show. The second talk show discussed Organizations. The speakers were Yosua Reinhart, Christophorus Romy, and Rosaline Dwi Agiana, all of whom are active UNPAR students that are involved in various organizations. Yosua now serves as the Head of the Management Study Program Association (HMPSM) for the 2018/2019 period, Christo serves as the General Director of SMEs and Communities at the Student Presidency Institute (Lembaga Kepresidenan Mahasiswa) for the 2018/2019 period, and Rosaline once served as the Internal Inspector at the Student Representative Council (Majelis Perwakilan Mahasiswa) for the 2017/2018 period. After the talk show was over, the participants were given time to ask questions to the speakers.
After the question-and-answer session ended at around 12:00, the participants were given time to do the midday prayer and have lunch. At 12:30, the event started again with the next series of events, which were remarks from Fachriza Dwikurnia Prahasta as the Chief Executive of Percaya Manajemen 2018 and the election of coordinators for the class of 2018. After the selection of class coordinators was complete, the next series of events was the selection of divisions for Malam Keakraban Manajemen (MAKMA). The divisions at MAKMA are divided into events, logistics, publications, business funding, decoration, public relations and licensing, security, documentation, and consumption. Participants were free to choose the division they wanted to be involved in. After choosing a division, Percaya Manajemen 2018 ended at 14:30.
