A. Identification of Graduate Employment Fields

Based on the results of a tracer study, graduates of the UNPAR Bachelor of Management Study Program work as:

  1. First and middle level managers who have authority and carry out tasks in management functions, as well as lead their subordinates.
  2. Young entrepreneurs who start businesses or develop family businesses.
  3. Young researchers

B. Graduate Performance in the Workplace

Based on a survey of employers conducted by the program, overall employers perceive the performance quality of UNPAR’s Bachelor of Management Program graduates as very good. The satisfaction of employers toward graduates of the UNPAR Bachelor of Management Program is due to the fact that graduates of the UNPAR Bachelor of Management Program possess good knowledge for their work, can be placed in various management functions, have high work motivation, are persistent, and assertive. They also have high integrity and are cooperative.

C. Mapping of the Profile of Management Undergraduate Program Graduates

The profile of UNPAR Management Undergraduate Program graduates is as follows:

  • Management graduates who can apply basic and practical principles of management and business while upholding ethics and work ethic
  • Management graduates who can develop self and team leadership, are communicative, innovative, and adaptable to changes in their environment, both nationally and internationally
  • Management graduates who can conduct research as lifelong learners in the field of management and business

Career paths for graduates include young managers, young entrepreneurs, and young researchers.
