Doctoral’s Graduate Profile

1. Identification of Graduate Employment Fields

Based on graduate tracking results, the employment fields of graduates of the UNPAR Doctoral Program in Economics are as follows:

  1. Academics, who have high integrity in carrying out the Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi (Three Pillars of Higher Education), namely teaching, research, and community service in the fields of Management and Accounting.
  2. Senior managers in private companies, who utilize their knowledge and skills independently, particularly in the fields of management and accounting.

Given the graduate profile, it is evident that students pursuing studies in the Doctoral Program in Economics at UNPAR require in-depth knowledge in one of their fields of interest (Management and Accounting) that can integrate all functional areas and make strategic decisions at the organizational level.

To meet the above needs, the competency framework of the 2023 Curriculum for the Doctoral Program in Economics at UNPAR is designed to cover the required fields of study at a higher level, specifically at the organizational level. Additionally, all graduates of the Doctoral Program in Economics at UNPAR must possess the ability to conduct scientific research and develop theories, particularly in the fields of management or accounting, and publish their research findings in reputable international journals.

2. Graduate Performance in the Workplace

Based on a survey conducted by the program, overall graduates demonstrate improved performance quality after completing the UNPAR Doctoral Program in Economics, particularly in the ability to communicate ideas/concepts in writing and orally, work independently, maintain integrity, and uphold values aligned with the 29 competency aspects outlined in the Tracer Study guidelines of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology.

Graduates of the UNPAR Doctoral Program in Economics are among the best alumni of higher education institutions in Indonesia, possessing high-quality performance standards that support their professional careers.

3. Graduates’ Profile Mapping of the UNPAR Doctoral Program in Economics

Based on graduate tracking results, the profile of graduates from the UNPAR Doctoral Program in Economics is as follows:

  1. Graduates of the UNPAR Doctoral Program in Economics are adaptive to changes in their environment, critical in analyzing problems, capable of formulating global strategies by implementing relevant management and accounting concepts, and capable of making managerial decisions as leaders who prioritize professionalism, integrity, and the advancement of science and technology in various types of organizations, both profit and non-profit.
  2. Graduates of the UNPAR Doctoral Program in Economics are able to develop and produce innovative, applicable research in line with advances in science and technology and communicate their ideas within their field of work and in the community.
