Belajar Senang Manajemen (BESMEN) is one of the work programs initiated by the Academic Division of the Management Study Program Student Association (HMPSM). BESMEN has the aim of helping students understand several subjects that are relatively difficult and prepare themselves for midterm-test and final-test. The BESMEN 2022 odd semester is held twice on October 26th-29th, 2022 for midterm-test preparation and January 4th-6th, 2023 for final-test preparation. In the odd semester of 2022-2023, there are 5 preparatory courses held, namely Financial Accounting 1, Business Mathematics, Financial Management 1, Introduction to Operations Management, and Cost Management.
The BESMEN 2022 odd semester implementation is carried out offline in Building 9’s classrooms. In each course, there are 1-2 competent tutors to briefly discuss material and questions, and there is also a Q&A session between the tutors and participants. The material discussed has been given to the participants in the form of a module by the committee before the BESMEN implementation. The module contains a summary of materials for exam materials and also includes practice questions that will be discussed in the learning session. Offline implementation of BESMEN provides an opportunity for participants to be able to ask questions and interact directly with the tutor regarding material that they still want to ask. However, there is no video recording of BESMEN 2022 odd semester implementation so participants are expected to come directly to the classroom.
