UNPAR’s Management Study Program Student Association had just finished holding Workshop 2018. The event was held at Building 9 Faculty of Economics’ (FE) Auditorium on Monday, October 29. After various preparations beginning in the morning, Workshop 2018 began at 09.30 Western Indonesia Time. The participants were students who came to the auditorium and sat on chairs that were already arranged to make a U shape.
Workshop 2018 began with a greeting remark from the event’s chief executive, followed by Head of UNPAR’s Management Study Program, Triyana Iskandarsyah, Dra., M,Si. Following that, the Master of Ceremonies then invited Mr. Kanaidi, S.E., M.Si., cS. A. P. as the speaker for that event.
The first session of Workshop 2018 kicked off with the theme “Identify Yourself” which was followed by a workshop on filling out a personality form. After the first session ended, the event continued on into the second session with the theme “Realize Your Competencies” which was followed by a workshop on creating your own CV. Before continuing into the third session, Kanaidi kept on reemphasizing on the points he made on the first and the second session. After that, the third session began with the theme “Developing Yourself” which was followed by a workshop that asked participants to role play and play a game that required two participants to do a Question and Answer session similar to a job screening. Workshop 2018 event finished at 13.46 Western Indonesia Time ended with a group photo with all of the participants as well as Mr. Kanaidi.
