About the Study Program

The Master of Management (MM) Program at Parahyangan Catholic University (UNPAR) is one of the programs under the Faculty of Economics at UNPAR. The curriculum improvement of the Master of Management (MM) Program at UNPAR is an institutional mandate that must be continuously implemented to enhance the quality of education, adapt to the demands of modern times, motivate lifelong learning, and achieve the established learning outcomes. The 2023 Master of Management (MM) Program curriculum is oriented towards Outcome Based Education (OBE), which is based on the process of achieving international accreditation as a benchmark. The 2023 OBE curriculum is a curriculum development based on graduate learning profiles and outcomes (CPL). This curriculum emphasizes the continuity of the learning process to produce high-quality graduates who can address current challenges.

Mission and Vision

Mission

1. To connect academics and students within the Department of Management Science, alumni, the business world, and communities, both locally and internationally, to build collaboration in order to achieve a better life through the development, dissemination, and application of humanistic, pluralistic, and dialogic management science.
2. To provide education and learning in the field of management that combines academic excellence and character building, developing students’ knowledge and skills to prepare them to carry out their roles in the future, both locally and globally, by involving them in activities relevant to their future careers in accordance with the situations and conditions they face.
3. Developing knowledge through research in management fields relevant to national development and the integrity of the natural environment by exploring local potential and bringing it to the global level.
4. Conducting community service activities in the field of management based on research findings.

Main Objectives

To implement and realize the vision and mission of the Management Science Department carried out by the MM UNPAR study program, the main objectives of the study program are:

1. To produce high-quality graduates in the field of Management Science at the Master’s level, based on the values of SINDU UNPAR.
2. To produce graduates who have the ability to conduct research and contribute to society in the field of Management Science.
3. To establish collaborations with institutions at both national and global levels in the implementation and development of the curriculum.
