Master’s Curriculum

With a total of 54 (fifty-four) semester credit units, the UNPAR Master of Management Program offers a curriculum that can be completed in 4 (four) semesters. The 2023 curriculum allows students to complete the program in 3 semesters by offering classes during the short semester. To help students graduate on time, the learning system and curriculum are designed to be flexible, with the final thesis divided into three courses spread across each semester. This is done to support students in conducting high-quality research and producing scientific papers that are published in reputable journals. To encourage the acceleration program for the SM (Bachelor of Management) and MM programs and increase the interest of UNPAR Management Bachelor’s (S1) graduates, a non-regular track is now available, even for undergraduate students, enabling them to graduate faster. This acceleration can be completed in 4.5 to 5 years. The 2023 curriculum consists of compulsory courses, elective courses, and general elective courses.m.
