A. IDENTIFICATION OF GRADUATES’ FIELDS OF WORK
One of the reference data sources for improving the curriculum, learning system, and education management in the MM UNPAR program is through the implementation of a Tracer Study. Based on the results of tracking MM UNPAR graduates, the fields of work of MM UNPAR graduates include:
- Mid-level and senior managers who make managerial decisions in companies with authority and carry out tasks within management functions, as well as leading subordinates.
- Entrepreneurs who are starting up new businesses or developing family businesses.
- Educators and researchers working as lecturers at higher education institutions.
B. GRADUATE PERFORMANCE IN THE WORKPLACE
Based on the results of a graduate user survey conducted by the study program, overall, users of MM UNPAR graduates perceive the quality of MM UNPAR graduates’ performance as good (57%) and very good (43%).
The satisfaction index score is 8.5 on a scale of 10. Factors contributing to satisfaction include the fact that nearly all MM UNPAR alumni perform very well and can adapt to organizational rhythms, possess high integrity and reliability, and are highly cooperative and self-motivated. Graduates of UNPAR are among the best alumni of higher education institutions in Indonesia, thereby maintaining high performance standards when entering the workforce.
C. GRADUATE PROFILE MAPPING
Based on graduate tracking results, the profile of UNPAR MM program graduates is as follows:
- Graduates of the MM (M.M) study program are adaptive to changes in their environment, critical in analyzing problems, able to develop global strategies by implementing relevant management concepts, and able to make managerial decisions as leaders who prioritize professionalism, integrity, and the advancement of science and technology in various types of organizations.
- Graduates of the MM (M.M) study program are able to develop and produce innovative and applicable research in line with advances in science and technology and communicate their ideas within their work environment and in the community.
To meet the above needs, the competency framework of the 2023 MM Program Curriculum at UNPAR is designed to cover the fields of management required at the organizational level. Additionally, all graduates of the MM Program at UNPAR must possess the ability to conduct scientific research and develop theories, particularly in the field of management, and publish their research findings in accredited national journals.
