The Management Solidarity Night (MAKMA) 2021 program is one of the work programs owned by the Human Resource Development Division of the Management Study Program Student Association (HMPSM). The MAKMA 2021 aims to equip new students with soft skills, organization skills, and develop creativity. This Work Program lasts about 6 months with a total of 174 students from the class of 2021 participating in the work program. The MAKMA 2021 was implemented on Friday, 16th September 2022.
The Management Solidarity Night 2021 themed Pop Culture: Management Spectacle Culture (Menesspecture). Pop culture has a philosophy that symbolizes idealism, perspective, image, and totality in an informal consensus. Therefore, a Management Spectacle Culture (Menesspecture) was created which consists of 3 words, each of which has its own meaning. Management was defined as UNPAR 2021 Management, Spectacle was defined as an event or performance, and Culture was taken from pop culture itself. So, overall the meaning of this theme was a show about culture, especially Pop-Culture.
The implementation of the Management Solidarity Night (MAKMA) 2021 was carried out in a hybrid manner using a website platform for live streaming connected from the official HMPSM YouTube channel and carried out onsite at Saung Udjo Bandung. Before the event started, the participants who came were required to register, did a body check, scanned Peduli Lindungi, and also checked their body temperature to ensure that participants who entered Saung Udjo were healthy and had received a booster vaccine. All agendas that were displayed ran smoothly starting from class shows, short movies, fashion shows, modern dance, flash mobs, cabaret, contemporary music, and also special performances from Saung Udjo. Results of the live streaming of MAKMA 2021 activities were uploaded to the HMPSM YouTube channel and footage during MAKMA 2021 activities would be shown in MAKMA 2021 After Movie.
