Management Career Week 2022

Management Career Week is a Work Program under the Academic Division of the UNPAR Management Study Program Student Association (HMPSM). This Work Program aims to assist UNPAR Management students in identifying and determining study concentrations, as well as providing information about career examples that can be taken from each study concentration in the Management Study Program at Parahyangan Catholic University. Management Career Week 2022 was held for 2 days, from July 4th, 2022 to July 5th, 2022, online via the video conferencing Zoom platform. 

On the first day, the event was opened with remarks from the Project Manager of Management Career Week 2022, the Head of HMPSM for the 2022/2023 period, and the Head of the Management Study Program. Then a personality test was conducted which was led by Ms. Angela Theresia, S.IP., M.M.. After the personality test was completed, the committee began to enter the break-out rooms with speakers according to the concentration of the study. The session in the break-out room began with the introduction of each speaker, a presentation of material that had been prepared in advance by each speaker, a Q&A session, then ended with the distribution of e-certificates and evaluation forms in the form of QR codes.

On the second day, the event started with the introduction of the moderator by the MC. Followed by a material presentation and Q&A session by various experts in each study concentration:

  • Mr. Dr. Yutrizal Jacoub, S.E., M.M., as Founder of Portacamp Coffee & Beyond. (Entrepreneurship & Family Business Management)
  • Mr. Roh Budianto, S.E., as Corporate HR Manager of Prima Hotel Indonesia. (People Management)
  • Mr. Leander Resadhatu R., S.E., M.M., as Partner of RDN Consulting. (Financial Management)
  • Mr. Irvine Octavius, S.T., as Logistics Supervisor of PT. Arta Boga Cemerlang (Operational Management)
  • Mrs. Michelle Suryadibrata, S.M., as Assistant Global Development Manager of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. (Marketing Management)

After all of the sessions were finished, the MC gave the e-certificate to the moderator and speakers, announced the evaluation form, and closed the event.
